$FANS/ETH ILO coming to SakeSwap will receive 700 $FANS rewards daily. This is in addition to any SAKE rewards from the platform.
April LP Reward Updates until Polkaswap DEX
It doesn’t seem that long ago, but we’ve come quite far since the community passed the Tokenomics Governance in 2020. In 2020, there was just the $RARE token and one liquidity pool on Uniswap.
Then came $FOTO — and now there’s $FANS — and a lot more options for the community to get the best situation when providing liquidity.
In keeping with the proposal, we promised to keep the community updated on any changes necessary for the benefit of the community and all token holders that support the projects.
Completion of the bonus rewards Q1 Period
Our first reward pool ever, RARE/ETH on Uniswap, initially offered a double daily reward (2 x 500) $RARE for the first 90 days. Then a community consensus was passed to double those $RARE rewards again (2 x (2 x 500)) until the end of March 2021.
While it was always our plan to move liquidity to Polkaswap DEX for its Q2 launch, good tech takes time. Development timing has put us in a position to make some quick pivots for the betterment of the community.
Now that we’ve come to the end of March, we’ve spent a lot of time reviewing the current tokenomics of LP distribution following the completion of the $RARE bonus Q1 period.
We’ve also taken into consideration the introduction of the new $FANS token in the Unique Ecosystem — and have made some beneficial changes in appreciation of $RARE, $FOTO, and $FANS token holders.
We discovered LPs could get a better return with increased $FOTO rewards for Uniswap FOTO/ETH pools by consolidating on Uniswap alone.
In short, $FOTO rewards previously allocated to the Balancer RARE/WETH pool will now be allocated to the Uniswap FOTO/ETH pool. As such, the Balancer RARE/WETH pool will no longer be supported with additional rewards.
Key Current April Liquidity Pool Updates
👊🏼All $RARE rewards will be allocated strictly to the RARE/ETH pool on Uniswap at the normal rate (Q1 double-double rewards have completed).
👊🏼The Uniswap RARE/ETH pool will now also receive a new token reward — 400 $FANS rewards per day!
👊🏼 FOTO/ETH pools will now receive an additional 10,000 $FOTO rewards each per day!
🤜🏼The RARE/FOTO Uniswap pool presently remains unchanged.
